Chapter 124
Charlie’s POV
It’s the morning of the trial, and I’m ready to get this over with. My sources are telling me that Eddie, the guard at the prison, volunteered to escort Tiffany and Gretchen. Their plan is already underway. I have my man from the prison following them. I didn’t want him to be in the transport van with them. I believe that Eddie is the only one in on it with them. This means that the poor, unsuspecting driver of the transport van is likely going to end up hurt.
I have a former medic riding along with my employee following the van, just in case. I have my suspicions about how today is going to play out. Mark and I have spent a great deal of time in the last three weeks coming up with alternate plans. We started planning once we knew Tiffany had hired an attorney
