“What are you doing here, Seth?” I asked in surprise. I was still trying to get him to move, but he believes that he’s protecting me.
Eddie has now pulled out his gun, and the stakes are much higher. Holden is now coming over to stand near me, too. He and Seth both know just how serious this situation is. Tiffany was supposed to be in jail, not standing here in my living room.
“I wanted to come and apologize to you, so did Holden, so we came over. Since he lives here, we didn’t need to call first. I didn’t want you to refuse to let us in, and we both knew you would. We will discuss it later, Ana. Right now, I need to know what the hell is going on here, Tiffany? Aren’t you supposed to be rotting in jail?” Seth responded.
