I got scared. I pulled my hand back quickly.
"I just wanted to make you happy," I said, my voice small.
His deep gray eyes reflected my flushed face. I could see my own arousal written all over me—my cheeks burning, my lips swollen from biting them, my chest rising and falling too fast.
