Ember’s POV-
Seraphina finally seems to be warming up to me. I am glad she is. But now that we are in danger, I have to say I am very frightened. I hate this feeling of being hunted. Now that Seraphina has told me that one of the rogues was in the bathroom and spotted her necklace, then it is likely that they were going to be waiting for us. With the palace guard mysteriously gone, it stands to reason that they are following us. Dasha and I have been concentrating on our senses, trying to tell who is around us. They were there, watching us. Maybe four of them.
Hell, they stunk. When did they last shower? Usually I can smell a pack connection from werewolves. They each have a silently different scent. Blood moon pack smells of blood and dirt. Blue Moon pack smells of a blue moon flower.
