The moment General Abigor informed us that Orion’s patrol was being attacked, a huge surge of panic swept through me. Damien and Birsha were equally worried. We have witnessed Orion growing up, and now knowing that he is our daughter’s mate, it has made us equally protective of him. Abigor had been instructed to ensure that the patrol ensures Orion’s safety above all else, because he is first and foremost a prince of the were-bear royal family. He does need to be protected.
