Birsha’s POV-
Scarlett waves Ember over to join Lilah’s side. Abadrax grips Cyrus and holds him back to stay with him and help Orion protect their sister. It is moments like that, that I see how much they do listen to us, even when they break the rules and sneak off into enemy territory.
Ember immediately joins her mother’s side. As Scarlett looks towards Agatha and Cordelia, she asks, “Are you both ready?”
They nodded, and began mumbling a continuous chant of words with their eyes locked on Einar. They were trying to force Einar from Draven’s body. I recognized some of the words that she was using, not that I understood them. It was in a language only witches knew and used for their spells. Scarlett never needed to say such words to use her magic. But Agatha and Cordelia do.
