Orion’s POV-
I took Seraphina and her brothers into one of the playrooms for them throughout the palace. I figured they could play with some toys, to distract themselves from what had just happened. Though I could sense that Seraphina was not feeling right. She was struggling most with what had just happened.
I took a seat in the usual armchair that I sit in when the children are here. Seraphina immediately climbed up on to my lap for a cuddle. I cleared my throat, and asked, “How are you feeling, little one?”
“Why did Einar do that to Ember,” she responded with her own question.
“Because some people are evil. I am sure your parents have explained how demons and other supernatural creatures are seen as evil. Most of us, if not all of us, are good. We have a darkness in us, yes, but
