I have to admit teasing Ember was dangerous, but well worth it, just to see her squirm a little. I know she will get me back one way or the other. Knowing my siblings, they will gladly help her in any torment she wishes to impose on me. I will gladly take it.
Ember turned to the food, and was trying to distract herself by eating. To be honest, neither of us had really eaten. We were worried about Seraphina. So, I joined her in eating something. We needed to. The food we had was the typical picnic items, small sandwiches, fruit, sausage rolls, chicken strips.
