Cyrus’s POV-
We retreated to the shadows so we could infiltrate. Jareth, Abadrax and I were going to have to search this warehouse to find Seraphina and Ember. But it was not going to be easy unless we were in the shadows. It is the only way we can get close enough to them without anyone seeing us.
When we got to the entrance, there were four men on guard. We gave them the choice to live or be killed. It was quite a quick decision from them, because seeing there were five of us, we appeared out of nowhere. They were scared. Two were killed pretty quickly. The other two knelt on the ground as instructed. We left the two warriors there to cover our escape, and to direct the reinforcements that were coming.
