Orion’s POV-
Seraphina is moving into the human world today, to prepare herself for when she starts university. I know she intends to break the curse, but I really do not know how much of myself will be able to get back. I think she is the only reason I have not lost myself to this curse.
I know a lot about curses like this. We are warned about it so much. Were-creatures are warned about these types of curses. The reason for that, is we can lose ourselves to our beasts. They can take over completely. Even if by some miracle the curse gets broken, we may never come back right. It is why rogues go feral a lot of the time, they spend more time in their beast forms than their humans.
Our beasts are powerful and can overwhelm us if we do not train the human side. Mine would be my vampire
