Orion’s POV-
Seraphina had fallen asleep on me again, as she did most nights she came to stay with me. She seems to fall asleep next to me far more easily these days. I remember her telling me she had been struggling to sleep if she wasn’t beside me a few years ago, which had me ask Jareth to keep a closer eye on her.
All I want to do is to take care of her, and I have been unable to take care of her for a while, not in the way I want to. Now that we are able to be under the same roof, I am at the very least able to make sure she eats enough and gets enough sleep. I guess I had been watching her for too long, because Jareth cleared his throat. We spoke in our were-bear language quietly, not wanting Seraphina or her siblings to hear our conversation.
