Seraphina’s POV- As the spell took hold, the pain began to explode through our heads. It felt like someone was tunneling in our heads, but in actuality it was the link, the connection forming. Then our eyes fluttered closed, and I fell on to Orion, as my consciousness slipped away. I felt like I was falling, being pulled somewhere. Then I stopped. I opened my eyes, to be blinded by bright starlight. I slowly got up, and looked around. I saw a quivering figure on the ground twelve feet from me.
