Seraphina’s POV-
I went straight to find Orion. He had fallen asleep, so I was going to surprise him. He admittedly knew I was coming to get him. He had found this small cavern, he barely fit inside it. I am just glad I am only five foot six inches tall. I could move through it without banging my head. Orion had to be injured from all this.
I found him lying down on his side. He was very weak, struggling to heal himself. His healing abilities are usually excellent. Vampires have incredible healing abilities, healing almost instantly in most cases, and were-bears usually take a few hours depending on the severity of their wounds. But with his vampire side not at full strength due to lack of feeding, he won’t heal as quickly. One of the wounds looked very deep as I got closer to him.
