Jessica She had been mated to the future Alpha and Beta of her home pack for two and a half years now, and had become their mate after they’d returned from Alpha College. Both of them had gone because this pack was always ruled over by an Alpha and Beta with a shared mate between them. That had become hers the first full moon after they’d returned. She knew they were unhappy about it being her. She was the same age as they were, but she was also a wolf-less she-wolf with no mind-linking ability and was one of the pack's she-wolves that grew up getting bullied inside this very pack. She’d not been accepted into any social group within the pack other than the other wolf-less and there were only a handful of truly wolf-less inside this pack, and they were all also treated as she was by those of the future leadership and their social group. None of them were allowed to train, due to being covered in bruises for the humans to see, because they school in the human world, which was where 95% of the bullying took place outside of the pack, away from the actual leadership. The Alpha and Beta and their Luna didn’t mind that she was wolf-less and had told their sons they should accept her, regardless of the fact that she was wolf-less; because she was created for them by Selena herself, that she would be able to handle both of them all the time. That it was unlikely, if they rejected her, that they would find many she-wolves that would be willing to put themselves between them. She didn’t like them, and they were dismissive of all wolf-less inside the pack, but they had seen the bullying of not only her but others and never stopped it. They often stood and watched and made their own remarks as well. She also wasn’t like the she-wolves of the pack, more so now that she was mated to them, than before. She didn’t have that trim, taut and terrific body, because she didn’t have wolf to burn away any extra calories; she’d always been chubby growing up. Then she had put on more weight after her father had died, and she’d eaten her way through her grief; he’d been the only family she’d had here in this pack. So, she was a chubby 19-year-old girl when they’d come home from Alpha College and scented her out. She’d not had a choice in attending the first full moon ball after the two heirs had arrived home. It was a pack mandate for all unmated she-wolves to attend, regardless of age or wolf-less status. The leadership did not care about such things, only wanted a Goddess-Gifted for their sons. It had not been a nice moment for her, having them scent her out, she’d kind of just stared at them and tried to play the dumb card. She could in fact get away with that at times. She didn’t have any wolfen senses. She couldn’t mind-link to anyone inside the pack, had no healing abilities or wolfen hearing or sight. She was truly wolf-less. So, although she’d picked up the Mate scent that fateful day, and known by the fact there were two scents who her Mates were going to be. She’d not reacted to it at all, bar the closing of her eyes briefly in annoyance, as she sat at the very back of the room trying to be completely invisible. She’d not even dressed up like many of the she-wolves in that ballroom had, just worn a pair of loose-fitting jeans and a baggy tee-shirt which made her look even more overweight. There had been no make-up on her, and her hair had been tied back at the base of her neck. She had gone to that ball as plain looking as she could. Those two had both let out growls at the scenting of their Mate, unaware she supposed that it was her, a she-wolf they didn’t particularly like and solely because she was chubby and wolf-less. When they’d made their way through the crowd and stopped before her, she’d said nothing, had her eyes down on a book in her lap. They hadn’t been alone, their parents were trailing them, and she’d made herself not look up from reading for a solid 5 seconds. Then she had turned her eyes to all of them and looked at the Alpha and Beta, their shared Luna, who reigned over the pack, and then to both their sons standing before her. “Can I help you?” she’d asked politely, respectfully, as if she had no idea what was going on. As if she’d not scented them back. Her Alpha Mate, Marcus, had snarled, “She can’t even pick it up.” He’d sounded annoyed as he’d stared at her. “Truly wolf-less.” Her Beta Mate, Gregory had muttered, also sounding annoyed. She’d put on her best frown. “What is going on?” she’d asked. “Father, I don’t think this is going to work. Look at her wolf-less, and… doesn’t even work out and take care of herself.” Marcus had muttered. “Jessica, do you not scent out the boys?” Luna Stephanie had asked her, motioning to her twin sons. “W… What?” she stammered, as if she hadn’t. “No. Luna.” She’d added, “I don’t have a Mate, let alone two.” She’d tried to get out of being their Mates. “That is not what was asked,” the pack’s Gamma had stated, and when she’d looked at him, his head had been tilted ever so slightly to the side, he was feeling her out and had picked up on her annoyance or reluctance she’d supposed. Everyone around them was watching on, and she could hear the chatter about her being their future Alpha and Beta’s Mate. That there was going to be a wolf-less Luna to this pack if the twins accepted her, and she caught many she-wolves’ derogatory comments about her appearance. “I don’t believe you’re sons would want or accept a fat wolf-less girl for a Mate.” she’d stated herself, just so they understood where she stood on the matter, that she knew how they saw her. She’d heard both of them call her that on more than one occasion in the two years of high school after she’d not gotten her shift. She’d also seen both of them nod their heads as if they would agree and so had taken it one step further “If they do scent me, I don’t know about it. They can reject at will Alpha, Beta, Luna. I’ll accept it and move on with my life unconcerned.” She’d told them simply. Hoping that would have been the end of it. Unfortunately for her, it had not been. Both her Mates had taken offense to the fact that she didn’t want them for her Mates. It hurt their precious egos was all she could think of at the time. There had been anger come from both of them, but not until the words of ‘move on and unconcerned’ had come from her. She was rejecting them in front of all the unmated she-wolves of the pack, uncaringly; Embarrassing them before the pack was how they saw it. Those words of hers had seen everything be moved to the Alpha’s office for a full sit-down chat about the mate bond between herself and the future heirs to the pack. She’d sat quietly hoping that, regardless of what everyone in that room had said, Marcus and Gregory would just opt to reject her. But both of their fathers had gone on to state that, regardless she was wolf-less, she was born to handle them and their needs. That if they rejected her, it might offend Selena, and they’d never be gifted another Mate. That it wasn’t often they’d find one she-wolf that would be willing to let them share them. Occasionally it would happen, but even then, if they did find one to agree to it, there was still the possibility that she couldn’t take them and the needs they’d have. It was best to accept what the Goddess had gifted to them. She’d not even really been taken into account, in the conversation, none in that room had even asked her what she wanted. Were uncaring of what she wanted was how she’d seen it. Though the Luna had told her everything would be fine once they were marked and mated. Their bond would grow and flourish. The boys would be loyal to her always, and they could get to know each other. She also understood that Jessica was undergoing a degree and so Luna Lessons wouldn’t start until after that was finished. There was no rush for it, seeing as the pack law stated the twins had to be at least 30 before taking over. Not once during them scenting her out, had they once voiced they were going to reject her either, and she understood it wasn’t because they wanted her, it was solely because of what their own fathers stated. She’d be able to handle all their needs and nothing more. She also understood that there was no point in rejecting them. If they didn’t want to accept it, they could actually make her accept them, because she was wolf-less and couldn’t outrun them or have the strength to fight them off either. Her fate was sealed in that office when both Marcus and Gregory opted not to reject her and told their parents they'd accept that she was their Mate. More annoyance had rolled off of her and the pack's Gamma had frowned at her, and then asked that either Marcus or Gregory touch her bare skin, to see if she felt the sparks of a Mate Bond and when Marcus had moved his hand to try and touch her, she’d instinctively moved her hand away and he’d missed. He’d then turned his eyes on her, as had everyone in that room, and only then had they all realized she was playing at not having scented them out. “She lied.” The Gamma commented, “She does scent both of you.” Her eyes had turned to the Gamma full of annoyance, as both Marcus and Gregory had snarled angrily into the room. “How disrespectful of you, Mate.” She’d looked from one to the other. “Like you actually want me for a Mate, I was trying to help you not be stuck with me,” she’d shot at them. She’d been as unhappy about it as they were, but couldn’t get them to reject her, even after that, and it had been proven she felt the sparks of their mate bond on her skin. She felt it and the Gamma picked up that she did. Proof that she did know who they were to her. Her two Mates to this day still used those mate bond sparks on her skin to get what they wanted from her, and it had now been three years. They also still didn’t care for her being their Mate and Jess knew she was just something for them to sate their needs in. They didn’t bother to take her clothes off or even look at her. When they had marked and mated her, they'd done so with the lights off, and she’d still be wearing that tee-shirt. They weren’t interested in looking at her body. Just taking pleasure from the act of f*****g her and nothing more. It was still always just like that. She was nothing but something to be pulled around in their bed and shifted from one to the other when one was done with her. They’d also been unhappy about her not going into a wolfen heat. Not once had that happened, and so she was deemed infertile as well. This had ticked them off greatly and only made them despise her that much more. But a part of her thought they deserved to have no heirs, didn’t think they’d be good parents if the heirs she produced were wolf-less like herself.
