“How does this look? I can’t believe I agreed to this blind date. You know how much of a disaster I am, how could you ask me to do this?” Lisa complained as she came out of my closet in my black wrap-around dress that was way too long for her. It was supposed to stop mid-thigh but came to her knees. I wrinkled my nose and shook my head.
We still had a couple of hours to go before our date. I was looking at my phone. My mom sent a video of Joel’s and Gia’s wedding. She looked stunning. I had teared up at their vows, they really loved each other.
