I had promised myself I would stop thinking about Damian Wolfe.
That promise lasted three days.
I still remembered the man standing beside the black SUV on Grand Avenue, surrounded by security guards who treated him with unusual respect. Even the President of Kingsley had seemed careful around him. I wanted to understand what made Damian so powerful, but after what happened to my old laptop, I knew better than to attack his security system again.
Instead, I decided to look into the government.
I started with public records concerning the President of Kingsley, his official meetings, and the powerful people who regularly visited his offices. From there, I followed references to government departments, security contracts, and infrastructure projects.
