Nobody spoke after Cam pointed at the file. Dante moved closer to the board while Kane stayed near the door watching all of us. I looked at the name written across the top page and read it twice to make sure I wasn't seeing it wrong. The answer stayed the same both times.
"Tell me that's a mistake," I said. Cam looked at me from the other side of the table without any sign of doubt on his face. He had spent the last several days buried in records, bank statements, and company reports. If he was bringing this to us now, he was already sure.
"I checked everything before I called you in here," Cam said. "Then I checked it again." Dante looked from Cam to me while Kane walked closer to the board. Nobody looked comfortable with what they were seeing.
