(Reese) By the time I got home, the hallway was quiet. My heels clicked against the floor until I reached my door, then stopped when I slipped them off. Across from me, 4A stayed dark, with no light under the door and no sign of movement. Nothing there should've mattered, but I noticed it anyway. I unlocked my door and went inside without looking again. I set my bag down, tied my hair up, and headed straight for the kitchen. Water first, then food, then tomorrow's schedule.
