(Reese) I was up at six. Not because I'd set an alarm. Just the particular way my body had of waking before it needed to on days that mattered. I lay there for a moment then got up. Today had two parts and both of them needed me sharp. The reshoot first. The dinner after. Neither of them left room for anything less than full attention. I showered, dressed, and did my makeup without rushing or overthinking any of it. By the time I picked up my phone I felt like myself again. Two emails from Simone already.
