Penelope I stand outside the hall, welcoming guests and exchanging pleasantries with those who are kind to offer them Mia stands besides me, a smile plastered on her face. “ Alpha, I'll have facial paralysis with how much I have smiled throughout the evening.” Mia complains, earning a chuckle from me. “ This is the first ceremony after I took over the pack and you are already complaining?” I fire back. “It's okay to throw parties but do we have to personally greet everyone at the entrance.” Mia continues to whine. “ Not necessarily but today is my brother's introduction party. I want it to be perfect.” I reply. “ I understand.” Mia replies, maintaining her smile as another guest approaches us. The party should start anytime.
