"This is what I'm proposing. Hennen takes the late trauma intakes. I cover bay four through eight pm. After eight, Hennen leads." Bettany took the document. Read it. Turned a page. "You prepared this in advance," she said. "Yes," Nara said. "In detail," Bettany said. "I know my schedule," Nara said. "I know what the transition requires. I documented it so it's not disruptive to the ward." Bettany looked at the document. Something in her expression — not the clipboard nod, something more considered.
