I looked at Amelia before turning my attention back to the phone. Laura and Rebecca had been working together for years, and now we had proof they were still in contact. Martin had claimed he didn't know where Rebecca went, but that didn't mean he was telling the truth. I wanted to know whether he'd been expecting Laura to collect her.
"Have the police told Martin about the car?"
