The two sisters hugged and cuddled on the bed. Finally, Eunice gave her sister a kiss and pushed her away.
"Come on, Buford waiting on you tell him yeah," she said.
"Mr. Buford?" Norma was calling out as she opened the bedroom door.
"Still in here," Buford called back from the living room.
"Me and Ooni? We talked and yeah, I'm marry you and I love you and you don't worry no, I be a good wife," Norma excitedly told the man.
He smirked at Eunice who stood behind Norma. Norma bounced happily on her feet and looked at the ring. She put it on her index finger and showed it to Eunice.
"It go on this finger yeah," Eunice said and put it on Norma's ring finger.
Buford couldn't help but think it was fitting that Ooni would be the one to put the engagement ring onto her sister's finger.
