It took all of that two weeks to get everything arranged. Harry's birthday was on a Wednesday and I began dropping subtle hints leading Harry to believe that I was going to throw him a surprise birthday party. The day of his birthday, as he was leaving for the office, he said he would be home around seven and that we would go out to dinner and have a small celebration.
"No baby, I think I want to stay home tonight and celebrate in private."
"Okay sweetie, if that's what you want."
At seven-ten Harry came into the house hollering, "Honey, I'm home."
"I'm up stairs in the bedroom baby, hurry on up and see what I got you for your birthday."
Harry opened the door to the darkened room, the lights went on and I yelled, "Surprise, surprise" as several pairs of hands grabbed him."
