I led her to the yard. When the kids saw her they ran to her. It was a touching reunion that lasted about five minutes before the kids wanted to go swimming. I unlocked the gate and went into the enclosure with them. CC watched for several minutes before leaving without telling them goodbye.
I made arrangements to get the rest of their clothes, toys and other stuff which caused CC to cry.
For the first month, she called and talked to them every evening and they seemed to enjoy it. She also came over for dinner about every other day, and I had no problem with that.
My mother and stepmother watched them while I worked and everyone, except CC, was happy.
One day my attorney called to tell me that we were scheduled for court so the judge could act on my request for sole custody.
