The rest of that day went by as fast as usual because I was really busy helping out with everything around the pack, helping with dinner and then the clean up afterwards.
When people started turning in for the night, I stood at the treeline looking out to the snowy forest ahead of me when Walker tried to sneak up behind me and he put his arms around my waist.
“You look deep in thought.” He said.
“Just admiring the view.”
“I’m sure you get better views from your castle.” He said.
“Yeah. But it’s not the same.”
“Well, there’s only one view I want to be looking at right now.” He said, leaning down and kissing my neck.
I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck.
“I can only imagine what that is.” I said sarcastically. So he chuckled before he leaned down and kissed me.
