I'm reviewing some things about Manuelito's case. He is such a small child, but he has a strong will to live. Ultimately, he lost his parents and two younger siblings in the accident, and his grandparents cannot afford the large amounts needed for his surgery. I'm glad to be able to work on this case and get help for him, but I have more patients who also require my attention.
