Rhett's face drained and Jace shook his head.
"But you're not leaving." He picked up the phone and held it toward him. "Not until you know the truth."
Rhett stared at the screen and Jace's voice became colder. "And one more thing. Collect the Reapers King's patch from the love of your life."
Rhett looked up and gasped. "What?"
"Vivienne! She's on watch. Strict watch by everyone.." Jace's jaw tightened.
"She saved Cole by supposedly breaking into Damien's system."
Rhett stared at him. "You know that's absurd…why collect her patch!"
"I'm saying Cole doesn't believe her…."
Rhett looked at the phone again and let our a shaky breath. "And you?"
Jace's expression hardened. "I don't believe her either, I stopped believing her." He walked toward the door and Rhett suddenly stepped forward
