Jace was so shocked by what he was seeing that he remained standing beside his chair, staring at his father as though he had never seen Declan behave this way before.
The men holding Axel and Tucker didn't hesitate. Axel tried to protect his face with his arms, but another punch caught him across the cheek, sending him stumbling onto one knee. Tucker took a blow to the ribs and groaned, his body folding forward before the men hauled him upright again.
Nobody moved to stop them.
Even Jace, who looked ready to explode, knew better than to challenge Declan in front of the entire club when the President had reached this level of anger.
Still, watching Axel and Tucker being beaten in front of him was too much.
