Ava Morning light filtered through the curtains as I slowly opened my eyes and stretched my arms, feeling a bit disoriented. I looked around the room, expecting to see Caspian sprawled out beside me, but he was nowhere to be found. I assumed he must have gone back to his room, so I shrugged it off.
