I can tell today's gift for Alfonso was a hit. He looked very deflated, and I felt no sympathy for him. It's a little poetic, because there are nine seats on the panel, and it's the ninth day of Christmas today. It's kind of sad how predictable my ex is. But dad and Joel enjoyed my show.
Joel and grandpa hashed things out so he knows what's going on. Dad and grandpa also talked things through. Dad is less volatile now that I am back and okay. He can't really fault Charles for wanting to keep me safe. And knowing he was Romeo's father also helped. Everyone in my family sees Romeo as a hero because he gave his life protecting me.
