Jay Today was eventful, to say the least. If I wasn't wearing that vest, I would be dead. I suppose a bullet to the heart isn't the worst way to go. I probably wouldn't have suffered, so that would've been a plus. I started feeling very drained when we left the hospital, so I fell asleep on the drive home. I had a dream, or shall I call it a memory of the first night Alfonso forced himself on me. I don't know why that memory plagued my dreams. I haven't thought of him in so long. Why would he be in my dreams? When I woke up, I was in my bed and Dee was sitting working on her laptop. "Hey bestie, did you have a good nap?" she asks when she sees me open my eyes. "Did you sit with me the entire time?" I asked, sitting up. She doesn't need to know where my subconscious took me in my dreams.
