She stood staring at her mobile phone, at the multimedia text message that was now there on the screen. She’d not really wanted to open it, but that picture had come through first and blinked on the screen briefly when she used her finger to slide the notification bar down the screen.
Chloe Silverton had sent her a picture of a sonogram. She sighed as she stared at it for a full minute before opening it to read whatever was attached to it. “I’m having Damien’s baby, I’m 10 weeks along. Stay away from him, this will see us get married.”
