River Within the next week, we had everything ready for the opening of Rivers Safe Haven House. We decided to do the grand opening on the following Monday. That way, we had enough time to get work out to everyone about it. We put an ad in the local papers as well as in the ones in the next town over. We also contacted the news stations and radio stations. Some of the prospects went around town, hanging up flyers for it in our town and the next one over. We got the word out the best that we could. And we were determined to make sure that we succeeded in actually getting it open this time, come hell or high water. I didn't care what the hell happened before then; we were opening. Everything was already ready and in place. We even had everything set up and planned for the opening on Monda
