The past few weeks have been so stressful not only for me but for the club and my family as well. Leading up to the shooting, the guys and I had been having our moms keep River busy. We had been going around town trying to find the perfect engagement ring. We wanted to propose to her on Christmas morning.
We had it all planned out. We would get up early. Make breakfast in bed for our beautiful girl and then propose to her while we were sitting around the tree opening presents. The ring was wrapped up and hidden under the tree. We had put it there after she had most of her presents wrapped up and placed under the tree. It's not the only thing that we bought her, so it's in with all of her presents.
