When my sauce was done, I uncovered my meatballs and poured half of the sauce on both pans. Then I mixed it all up, so that they were all covered in sauce. I took a bowl of meatballs out, enough to make about seven hoagies. I also planned to put a few of the meatloaf patties in a bowl. That way, we had some food to take with us tomorrow. I covered them back up with the tinfoil and set them to the side. I finished making all the meatloaf patties, and I ended up with two tin pans of them as well. The tin pans that I had were the biggest ones that you could get and I made so much that they were all packed full.
When everything was done, I walked out to the mudroom and grabbed the four big boxes that I had sitting there. I put the two pans of meatballs and two pans of meatloaf patties into o
