Aria's pov
"We won't take a plane," Dave said confidently. "We're going a different way. No documents needed."
I stared at him through the heavy rain.
Dave saw my confused look. He leaned closer and whispered, "We'll use smugglers. There are people who do this kind of thing. Don't worry."
I felt a little relief.If we avoided official routes, Damien would have trouble tracking us.
"You're sure it's safe?" I asked. Though 'safe' seemed impossible at this point.
Dave nodded. "As safe as escaping an Alpha King can be."
