As a last resort, Alpha Damien had no choice but to assign someone to track Dave 's every move around the clock.
However, Dave remained in California the entire time, never making contact with Aria.
For three years, Alpha Damien had been monitoring Dave 's every action. But the guy never contacted anyone, especially not women. He seemed to live like a monk.
Even Tony, the agent assigned to tail him, occasionally complained, "Dave 's like a total hermit. Following him is mind-numbingly boring."
Hearing this, Alpha Damien could only manage a bitter smile.
He remembered the night of the storm. Victor had helped Aria escape and got hurt doing it. Alpha Damien could have killed him for it. Should have killed him.
