Only one day remained before the wedding, but Maya had stopped thinking about it. The news of her pregnancy had left her in shock, especially because she wasn’t sure whether to tell Cassian now or wait until after the wedding. Maya went to her room, even though there were still some wedding details to organize. At that moment, she couldn't focus on anything other than her baby. She lay down on the bed and stared at the ceiling. Suddenly, the little pixie appeared.
"You cannot marry that human," the pixie declared.
Maya caught the little creature and snapped, "Shut up, I’m not in the mood for your nonsense."
"You cannot marry," the pixie insisted.
Maya sat up on the bed and warned, "Do you want me to crush you?"
"But you can’t get married, you must cancel the wedding," the pixie persis
