The night we boarded the ship, I kept Katie close. I knew she had never been on a ship before, but at the same time, I had seen first hand what female sailors had to endure in the military because they were stuck day in day out on a ship with men for months on end. It was why Kaito warned us to keep the women close to us. He has witnessed it too. But getting on the ship was easy, it went smoothly and those that did stare at Katie or Phoenix quickly learned to keep their eyes off of them. Many of them saw the sizes of Devil and me, and backed off.
