We eventually reunited with Stephanie and Bryan and went together to the front desk to check on the room situation. I was actually hoping that we had to continue sharing a room and I wondered if the others were thinking the same thing. When Arlo the hotel manager came out and I saw the expression on his face, I knew we were in for at least one more night together. He was clearly mortified by the circumstances, promising us refunds, more free food and drink, massages and other amenities. While we happily accepted the freebies, we didn't give him a hard time at all.
