Shaun's POV.
"Wakey, wakey, sleepy heads."
I knocked on Amanda's bedroom door. It was still early, but Jason and I decided that a nice hike up the mountain might be a good idea for the four of us to do as friends. We only went to bed at around three o'clock. We spent hours swimming in the lake and howling at the moon. I was hesitant at first, and I thought that they were all crazy for doing it, but I have to admit that I ended up having a great time.
It felt excellent to forget about all my problems for a few hours and just let loose. It was also nice to see Emma having such a good time. She was smiling from ear to ear and laughing like I had never seen her laugh before.
