Emma's POV.
My entire body trembled as I stormed out of the clinic towards the pack house. I kept thinking that my legs would give in under me and that I would fall flat on my face. Luckily, that didn't happen.
"Emma, Emma wait?" I heard Jason calling after me, but I ignored him and picked up the pace. I just wanted to get away from there. I wanted to be alone. I didn't want to have to face him and talk about what just happened.
"Emma. Em..." His voice trailed off as I rounded the corner and entered the pack house. I made it up the stairs as quickly as I could, ran to my room, locked the door behind me, sat down on the floor and began to sob uncontrollably. So many emotions mixed inside me. Anger, rage, disappointment, confusion, embarrassment, and sadness. What the hell had just happen
