"YES!" Raelynn shrieked, jumping for joy. Even though she would have preferred Dexter dead, him conceding was the next best thing.
The rest of the Bloodstone pack stood frozen in sheer horror as their Alpha gave up so easily.
"What's happening?" Allie whispered, turning to Dorian with wide, confused eyes.
"Fury's putting an end to Raelynn's schemes," Dorian explained, his voice low and steady. "And he's helping Dexter keep his dignity at the same time."
"I don't get it," Allie replied, her brow furrowing.
"You'll see, baby. Just watch," Dorian said softly. Allie nodded, her attention snapping back to the two men standing side by side in the arena.
