Chapter 74
“CONGRATULATIONS!” the pack screamed in unison to Candy and Poseidon.
After receiving warm wishes left and right at work, Poseidon had headed straight home to the pack, only to be summoned to the packhouse before he even turned onto his street. When he arrived, Candy was already outside waiting for him. Neither of them had any idea why they were being called in, but the moment they opened the front door, they were welcomed by a surprise: almost the entire pack had gathered to celebrate their upcoming bundle of joy.
They smiled ear to ear, overwhelmed by the genuine warmth of the pack members. Even though they had felt plenty of love during lunch with those closest to them, knowing that the pack as a whole was so excited for them only intensified their happiness.
