You know, it's no secret that my wife is my soulmate and I don't need anyone or anything to tell me this or to remind me that my bond with Aria goes deeper than just a marriage certificate.
However, having a bond like this sure does make me feel good and useful as Aria's husband that I can tell just from a single glance what she's feeling and if she needs me to give her some comfort like I know she does right now.
I immediately noticed a difference in Aria's attitude and demeanour when her father's second in command led us up to the room where her parents are and it was something very subtle which would go unnoticed by our famiglia or to strangers on the street but to me, someone who knows her better than anyone
