The universe has a twisted sense of humour. I was bullied in high school for being too nerdy and called all sorts of names, but a year after high school and a year into college, I got a massive glow-up, and now I was back home for revenge. Kyle Morgan and Jake Flynn would pay for humiliating me through high school. I was older now, wiser and sluttier.
I met Kyle for the first time since arriving home for the break at the mall. He looked the same: cocky, hot, arrogant, and soon to be humbled if I had anything to do with it.
"Well, if it isn't Kyle Morgan," I sald as Sweetly as possible. His eyes flicked up and landed on me.. oh, the double-take he did was delicious,
