I nodded to him before rushing down the hall. And I do mean rushing. I practically ran to Karma's room. I ignored everybody on my way, my mind on only one thing.
When I slid inside the room and locked the door, it was dark. The only light was coming from the TV, and it wasn't much. It was on a random screen with sensual R&B music coming out of the speakers. It cast enough glow for me to see plenty.
