The moment I got Bly back to our room, I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders. I was already exhausted, already not looking forward to tomorrow, already stressed beyond belief. Bly just had to press me, had to ask question after question, and had to get mad that I wouldn't answer anything.
"Karma, just tell me what's going on-"
"If I tell you that I promise you'll get your revenge, will you please just let it go?" I cut her off. "I know you're pi.ssed, Spark. I know you want to know more. I know you want to help, but you know almost as much as I do. I've been honest with you about almost everythin'."
"Yeah, okay," she huffed out, flinging back the covers on our bed before turning to look at me.
