After breakfast, I head toward the training ring, but before I even reach the front doors, a hand on my shoulder stops me.
“You’re with me today,” Uncle Calvin says.
I turn around in shock. “Is that allowed?”
“US,” Dad says firmly as he walks up behind Uncle Calvin. “You’re with US today. I don’t know if your mom will ever leave you alone with Calvin again.”
I smirk. I have no doubt about that. I’m surprised when Dad leads us toward his office downstairs. I thought I’d be doing a ton of physical training after what I did, and since Cora called me away yesterday.
“We’ve got to get your aura under control,” Dad says, sitting in a chair. “Dad would be the best person to teach you, but he’s leaving today, so you get Calvin.”
